Kitchen Take Over: Plah & Ahaan
April 20–24, our cantine, the Food Court, is getting a special kitchen takeover.
We’re excited to welcome Terje Ommundsen from Plah and Ahaan, known for progressive Thai cuisine and recognized by the Michelin Guide.
At Fornebuporten, food has always been at the heart of what we do. We focus on quality, seasonal ingredients and cooking everything from the ground up. A kitchen takeover like this is simply a fun way for us to bring new inspiration to our guests and employees.
Opening hours: 10:30–13:00
Please note: we expect high attendance and have limited capacity. For the best experience, arrive a bit earlier than usual or closer to 12:00.
Our cantine is open to everyone, external guests are very welcome! Payment can be made at the bar using our self-service checkouts (separate pricing applies).
