This Thursday, we’re kicking off Ingredient of the Month together with BAMA – and first up are Norwegian apples!

Meet a Norwegian apple farmer, discover different apple varieties and enjoy some tasty samples. There will also be a fun quiz and a competition where you can guess the weight of the apples. We’ll also share our recipe for a fresh apple and celery salad, so you can make it at home.
