THE BAKERY

The Bakery is a bakery, café, and patisserie located in Aker Tech House at Fornebu. Here, every pastry is made in-house with care and baked to perfection. The Bakery produces its own artisanal breads and baked goods that serve the entire Fornebu area and beyond. The pastry chefs create refined fresh cakes, pastries, and handmade chocolates. Chef Lars-Erik Undrum, who has 13 years of experience from Pascal, is the main responsible person for the bakery.

Welcome to those of you who wish to unwind in a busy day-to-day life, those who want to bring a friend to a café, those looking for a break in your work routine, or those seeking activities with little ones.
